I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!

Would highly recommend Darlene. Picked up a mirror and hung it for us because we were out of town. The pictures and drone shot of our home were very professional. She had to deal with a nit picky Zillow from the buyer, was constantly in touch.

Claudia was amazing. She helped with negotiating a great price. Sat with me for hours during my home inspection and we laughter and talked. She went out of her way over and over to get information for me about neighboring property owners. Throughout the process of buy my home I developed a friend. She brought experience with peace and comfort to a very crazy process. I’m so grateful she was my relator. Five stars for everything!! Plus!!
