Kim went above and beyond her normal duties by frequently traveling to the property making certain it was in clean and appealing condition condition. We were absent sellers and Kim performed alot of our responsibilities as sellers. When problems arose she immediately solved them as only an experienced realtor can do. I’m responded immediately to any questions we had. We certainly will use her again and only her.
