Michelle really got to know myself and my wife on what we were each looking for and she really went out of the way to understand what our major concerns and wants for a home we are looking for. She really took that extra step to view properties and provide her extensive knowledge of the local area to find which areas and cities would work best for us. She was quick responsive to show us properties and when we requested and provided great detail on the builder for each of the over 50 homes we viewed. But on top of this and most important of all, when we did finally find the home we really she did everything in her power to unable us to have the winning bid.
