This is the 7th house I have purchased and sold over many years. From our initial meeting, Angela impressed me with her honest and forthright appraisal of the current market and where my home fit into that market. Her attention to detail was without comparison. Whether it be maximizing curb appeal or following up with agents, nothing slipped through the cracks or was considered too small of a detail for her time and attention. In a market where people were getting little to no attention, Angela created excitement and a buzz that resulted in numerous showings and multiple offers. She was always available by phone or text. Whether it was evenings or weekends she never failed to quickly respond with accurate and helpful information. From signing her as our agent to signing the final closing papers, I knew I was well-represented and well-taken care of. I am recommending her to all my friends and family.

Angela was beyond wonderful to work with! Her knowledge of the market, and her expertise in closings and negotiations, united with her passion and Jersey resolve makes Angela a force. She really listened to my needs and concerns, and guided me skillfully through the process of selling my house, while keeping an open line of communication. She is smart, determined, and detailed and not afraid of hard work. What impressed me the most was how she doggedly put in extra effort to correct snags on the buyers end despite it being their responsibility I can’t say enough about working with her. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and passionate realtor who will fiercely work to get you the best deal whether buying or selling, I recommend that you contact Angela Lista.

Angela is simply the best. I have never seen a realtor work as hard as she did for our family. She is so sweet and kind but will have no problem fighting for you when you need it. I always felt like we were in great hands with her through our home selling process. She was always available to text or call whenever we needed her. Always honest and has so much knowledge. We had two other homes listed in our neighborhood along with ours. Ours sold quickly and the other two homes are still for sale after being on the market for over 80 days. I guess they should have listed with Lista.
