He always went above and beyond.We also listed this investment property with Stephan Scalera around Christmas time 2010. With his marketing skills and thinking out of the box he had a solid offer within 30 days! and the sale went through at top dollar! I had also recomended him to my neighbors daughter .She was looking for a house but did not have a lot of time to spend on looking because of job. He found them exactly what she was looking. I have not yet met a realtor that could hold a candle to him. Highly recomend Stephan. We would not use any other Realtor other than Stephan Escalera.
