Meghan was wonderful! Not only is she a great realtor, knowing all the steps needed in order to purchase a condominium and a deeded Marina boat lift, she was the most personable, most patient person ever. Even when snags came up in the process, she easily and quickly contacted the correct person or agency and found the needed information so that our purchase ran smoothly. She answered any text or phone call immediately and even went so far as to personally handle many items for us as we were not local.
