In a perfect world, you would expect a realtor to be professional, a great communicator, and an expert negotiator. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, our expectations we considerably lower. We needed a home and we needed it fast after losing our beloved home to the hurricane on September 28th. After the shock of that loss, we found Dennis, or rather, he found us. A seemingly random follow up call from a website visit I made led to our working together. To say that Dennis was a joy to work with would be a considerable understatement on my part. He was kind and supportive, took the time to understand our needs and situation and within exactly one day, he helped us find the perfect home. He made himself available in the evenings when we were off work to show us a few houses and the last of three was our winner. I cried because I wasn't expecting to love any house after just losing our dream home. He excepted tears and hugs with a smile. He guided us through the closing process, found us a lender when our financing fell through, and he was simply there for us every step of the way. This is the second house we have purchased in North Port in 10 years with Tami as our Real Estate Agent.
