A seemingly random follow up call from a website visit I made led to our working together. To say that Dennis was a joy to work with would be a considerable understatement on my part. He was kind and supportive, took the time to understand our needs and situation and within exactly one day, he helped us find the perfect home. He made himself available in the evenings when we were off work to show us a few houses and the last of three was our winner. I cried because I wasn't expecting to love any house after just losing our dream home. He excepted tears and hugs with a smile. He guided us through the closing process, found us a lender when our financing fell through, and he was simply there for us every step of the way.
