Mary was such a wonderful real estate agent. We felt so lucky that she was the listing agent of the first property that we wanted to see. My husband Jay and I were getting ready to retire and were looking for our Florida haven. We would come down every 6 months and Mary would have about 10 properties for us to view. It took us about 1 1/2 years to find it, but Mary was very patient with us and found exactly what we were looking for. She was amazing. We also bought an investment property sight unseen through Mary. She walked us through via Skype and we made an offer, they countered and we got it. I don't think I would have had as much trust in any other agent. I would totally recommend her!!

Joanna was extremely knowledgeable and experienced during a difficult selling period. Communication is vital when you're trying to sell your house and buy one out of state. Always kept me informed and returned my phone calls immediately. What impressed me was anyone who was viewing my house with another agent she always spoke with them to make sure they knew all the specifics of my house. Then followed up after the showing with the agent. Then she called me to inform me how the showing went. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home. My closing also went well because again she made sure everyone had what they needed.

This is the second time we have worked with Susan and will continue to work with her anytime we would need an agent in the future. She is professional, organized, patient, insightful and is always quick to respond with anything that you may need. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with the purchase or sale of their home.
