Having purchased and sold several properties over the years, I know that real estate transactions are rarely seamless. What matters most is having professionals who anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and find solutions. Jan and Tetiana consistently demonstrated these qualities throughout the sale of my Venice home. They were proactive, responsive, and committed to resolving issues and achieving a successful closing. Their professionalism, persistence, and solutions-oriented approach made this a very positive experience. I highly recommend them both!

We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. We would definitely recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jan is the best in the business. Very professional and results oriented!!
