Audrey is probably the best agent I know. Which is why I asked her to sell my house. Her ideas about how to sell a home and her communications with me to get that done are outstanding. There were several homes on the market in my community and, of course, it is a buyer’s market. With that said, she priced my home and professionally marketed my home with the result being that my home sold before any of the others in my community that were already on the market prior to mine.
