Lynn is extremely good at her job. She is quick to respond to inquiries, provides accurate information, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has extensive knowledge in the market that she serves, and is willing to share with you every step of the way. She is truly an incredible realtor, and I am happy that my wife and I chose to work with her!

Lynn was a pleasure to work with in the process of obtaining our Home Sweet Home! We met Lynn by chance at an open house & we were impressed with her knowledge of the Lakewood Ranch area, communities, builders & floor plans available. Using a trusted agent to help us with our choice of a new construction home made the process seamless. Her connections with builders, tradesmen and developers made for a stress free experience!

We looked for homes in the Palmetto/Bradendon area for six months and Lynn was such a supportive person who guided and educated us about the area, neighborhoods, being on the water, mkt information and even restaurants. She helped us negotiate and has a strong network of contacts for the inspection, closing etc. She really has your best interest at heart as evidenced during the intense negotiations and great outcome we got on our waterfront home. We are beyond excited. She is a gem and best of all we gained a friend in the process. We highly recommend her. Best Realtor!!
