I did not know anything about Tampa bay area and within 1 week I found a place to buy. John was very proactive to show me very different locations, and types of houses/condos. The whole deal and negotiations happened during the week of Christmas 2017! John was available and prompt to answer all of my questions, at any time, holiday or not.
