Sharon is professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable in addition to being a pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff and if she doesn’t, she finds the answer and communicates back in a very timely manner. She is also fun to work with. Sharon actually took it upon herself to walk the community that we were interested in alone one afternoon, and in the process happened to meet the president of the board directors of the HOA. She got lots of information from her including her name and email address so that we could follow up in turn. Very impressive. We would recommend Sharon highly. Either as a buyer or seller.

Sharon Sprow is an absolutely incredible real estate agent who gets flying colors in every aspect of her job! She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, personable, proactive, and effective. Let me be more specific: Sharon knows the real estate market (both in general and local markets), latest trends, and creative techniques. We found a house that we were really interested in and Sharon found out that the sellers wanted to rent back until they came off the waiting list. Our offer included a reasonable rent back provision and that was instrumental in having our offer accepted. I value attention to detail and Sharon not only attends to everything I wanted, but anticipated what I needed. Immediately after we asked her to be our agent, she connected us with a fantastic title company and loan company. This was a three legged team (agent, title, loan) of professionals that worked together to help me navigate through the challenging obstacle course from offer to closing. It is hard to explain how extraordinary it was to have this professional team that was looking out for my best interest every step of the way. When issues arose, Sharon was a creative problem solver. Add to all these well deserved accolades, Sharon has wonderful people skills. She is an effective communicator, a tactful–and when need be–tough negotiator, and remains genuinely optimistic irrespective of the situation. When you meet her, you will quickly get to know her warm smile and calm demeanor. If you need a real estate agent, look no further - Sharon is a shining star!!!
