Rod was referred to us via a relocation program offered by Better Homes and Gardens. Our home in NH sold very fast and we needed to find a home in the Venice area quickly. Rod skillfully guided us by asking a lot of questions to help narrow down our choices. This was done via email and phone conversations. I scheduled a quick trip down and we looked at 8 homes in 1 day and revisited 2. I was able to make an offer before heading back to NH in 3 days. This saved me a lot of time and money. I didn’t want to have to fly down multiple times. Rod’s knowledge of the area was extremely valuable in making this happen! Rod attended the home inspection and communicated the results in a timely manner and helped us make some additional negotiations. He also helped us to arrange a closing by mail which saved us from a lot of stress. Rod has a huge network of trusted and vetted service providers and professionals. His recommendations helped us to secure affordable home owner’s and auto policies. I wanted to have the new home cleaned before we moved in. Rod was kind enough to meet the cleaning team and let them in prior to our arrival in FL. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We continue to reach out to Rod if we need a recommendation for a particular service. Whether you are looking to buy or sell you will be in good hands with Rod Underdahl.
