We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.

Amy once said she is like a dog with a bone - there is no truer statement when describing Amy! This market is so competitive and nearly impossible for a financed buyer. After our family decided what our needs were, she searched high and low, brought us creative ideas, shared her never ending local knowledge, advocated for us, worked tirelessly doing due diligence on properties we were unable to get under contract and quite literally never gave up - even though we almost did.
