Jodi is full of market knowledge, she is prompt, available, communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. She is personable and supportive throughout the selling and buying process. She also has renovation/ construction knowledge and experience so was a great resource when we considered buying properties that needed updating. We are so glad we met her and worked with her! We would recommend her highly!

I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!
