We bought a home that was a short sale listing. <br/><br/>Ingrid helped us with a very difficult process, dealing with the bank and the seller and sometimes with a (rightfully) frustrated buyer (me) in a very professional and effective manner. <br/><br/>I already recommended her to a couple of friends and she would be my agent of choice if/when I decide to make another purchase. She knows the local real estate market really well and also helped us find trustworthy contractors to help us with the house, as we are out of state buyers. Very thorough, honest, helpful and responsive to her client's needs, she puts her clients first. <br/><br/>This is why I am not only happy to write this review; I think, in all fairness, I owe it to her!

She found the title agent was not experienced. We waited for a rent release and a loan release which neither were required because the loan was foreclosed and the property title was transferred to the bank. Kristy is experienced in real estate, the closing process as well as clearing outstanding government permits that are still open.
