Overall good experience

Real estate purchases are generally not a pleasant experience when it comes to providing all the myriad and detailed responses the buyer must provide. Keith handled this in the most professional way we have ever experienced! His attention to detail and ability to head off problem areas before they began were remarkable! He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements. If we asked a question, Keith either knew the answer or where to find it! All-in-all, Keith is the most professional realtor we have ever encountered! He has our highest recommendation!
