So very helpful, keeps working trielesslly to find you the home you want. Always fun to work with and possitive.

I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Tamara and her team were communicative. They kept me updated and always answered my questions in a timely manner. We sat down and set goals in terms of price and timely, and they delivered and then some! More importantly, I felt like family and more than a client. They saw me as a human being and not just business. They understood my situation and were considerate of my needs as we went through this process step by step. If you want a personalized experience, I would recommend working with Tamara and her team. Thank you, Tamara, Maggie, and Johan!

Highly recommended by the Palm Aire community in Sarasota, Fl. As a result of his expertise - our home sold in 3 days! He also helped us find a realtor in Iowa so we could find on a new home on our transfer. The whole process was painless!! A gentleman and a friend to work with!!
