Steve was fabulous! He advised me the house was worth much more than I anticipated, put it on the market and obtained a great deal for me as well as making the entire process simple. I am a licensed Broker and know many agents in the industry but few that I would trust to sell a home I own. I selected Steve and he hit it out of the ballpark! There is an old saying in real estate "A broker should never sell their own home" I couldn't agree more. Have Steve sell it!

I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos. And that she did. We sold the 1 bedroom through Heidi while my father was still alive. That left the studio condo that was transferred into mine and my wife's names. Took it off the market and listed it again this year at a huge discount. One day our home furnace needed replaced at a substantial expense. That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.
