We ended up running into some major issues with our builder and their sales representative, and Karen handled everything with incredible professionalism. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen.
