Marni is the best! We've worked with Marni on several purchases and sales of property in the Sarasota area and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Her knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market is extensive. Whether you're looking for condos, townhomes, villas, houses or beach getaways, she'll find what you want in your price range. She listens carefully to your needs or wishes and does her best to find properties that provide what you want. When it comes to offers, contracts and closing, Marni has years of experience which translates into getting you the best deal available. She has saved us time and money by carefully reading the fine print and pointing out errors in various legal documents. Marni is professional and courteous but can also be assertive when needed in order to get the best for her clients. We highly recommend working with Marni on both purchases and sales in the Sarasota area.

Dave Swenson has now walked members of my family through three real estate transactions over a 10-year period. I would not continue to turn to Dave if he had not proven his level of knowledge and experience, and most importantly, his character. He was timely through each step toward the closings, and served as a bridge between me as buyer and seller and the other realtor's clients. I strongly recommend you select Dave Swenson for your Realtor for your next real estate transaction. Thanks, Dave!
