My husband & I were out and about looking at houses one day for a new multigenerational arrangement that we were considering in the future. As luck would have it we stumbled upon a house that was perfect for our situation. Dave had assisted us in the past, so we called him to discus the possible purchase of the home. Dave took us through the property and pointed out many things that we had not considered for our situation. He even found comparable homes for us to look at so we would have a frame of reference to help us make the best decision for our family’s situation. We decided to make an offer on the home earlier than we had anticipated and we are happy we did! Dave was very professional and his service during every step of the process was impeccable. He kept us up to date regularly and made sure every “i” was dotted and every “t” was crossed throughout the entire process. A professional and knowledgeable realtor. We explained to Dave exactly what we were looking for in a home for us ,pool with screen , property, garage and close to family. He never disappointed us in the homes he showed us, time was never an issue with him from early mornings to late nights. We did find our forever home and are completely satisfied and very happy. To Dave we can only say THANK YOU. By the way he plays a damn good piano.
