While out of town, Jennifer arranged for us to view the home with another broker in her absence. We purchased our current home with Jennifer's immediate response time.

I contacted Bill Brewer a few years ago when I thought I might want to buy in Sarasota, Fla. Every time I called him, he sent information about the house and set up appointments quickly. When I could not find the right home, Bill would tell me not to get frustrated and not to settle for the wrong house. We looked at so many houses and he never grew impatient. Even if I did not contact him for a while, Bill would always listen to our needs and help us on our search when we were looking. Finally two months ago, we found the house. Bill helped us along the way to set up inspections, communicate with the owner and to have a smooth closing. Bill Brewer was professional and dedicated to getting the job done. We will recommend Bill to all of our family and friends.

We came in from out of town with limited time and information. Andrew was extremely helpful, showing us a variety of homes and taking the time to show us even more options when requested. In the end, I loved the very first house he showed us. It was clear that he truly listened to our needs and found the perfect fit for us. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a great realtor.
