Dennis had excellent communication skills. He kept us informed and gave helpful recommendations based on client feedback. He was especially helpful with all the details given we live out of state. He went above and beyond realtor responsibilities on multiple occasions. I highly recommend him.

Mark helped me sell our property in Five Towns. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the selling process. Since I live out of state, I was only able to be there for part of the process. Mark was amazing with communication and help with the contract and paperwork for the sale. It was a very smooth transaction process. Also, when we listed the property, he was very available and showed the property several times in the first couple days, which led to it being under contract within days! I would definitely use Mark again as a realtor and recommend him highly.

We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.
