I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey.
