We truly cannot say enough good things about Ryan- buying a home is already a stressful process, and unfortunately, we faced several unexpected challenges throughout the transaction due to difficulties communicating and working with the seller. Through it all, our realtor went above and beyond to advocate for us, protect our best interests, and guide us through every obstacle with patience and professionalism. Honestly, I truly don’t think we would have made it through this process without him. He was always in our corner, helped us navigate difficult situations, and made us feel supported during a time that was overwhelming. His dedication, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and having someone you can genuinely trust by your side is invaluable. We are incredibly grateful to have had him representing us, and we would trust him again and again without hesitation. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients, advocates for their best interests, and stands by you even when things get difficult, we cannot recommend him enough!

Worked together for months trying to find our perfect home, she worked so hard to make sure our search criteria included everything we wanted! Such a smooth process from looking, to offers, to buying, and closing! Will high recommend working with renata for your next buying or selling adventure

I appreciate how we were kept up to date on showings and any interest in our propery, and how well they worked with us, and how things came together for the sale of pur property.

Ivanny was the best choice we could have made and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone who may need a realtor. In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. She hoped to see any potential future barriers to a sale and made sure that we could be proactive every step of the way. We are truly grateful for Ivanny and cannot recommend her enough
