If I had questions, Cally would respond right away and help me through it all. She’s very professional and honestly, she helped me keep my nerves together. I would recommend her to anyone. I know that is looking to buy a house.

Shawna and her team made a difficult situation where I was acting as Power of Attorney for a friend an easy process instead of the nightmare I was dreading. They are knowledge and I felt they were trying to do right by me and my friend in both offering guidance on which (paltry) offers to reject and which to accept. There were a couple rough spots but Shawna and Greg were able to get us smoothly through them and we closed quickly with a minimum of delay. Greg went so far as to personally go to the house and FIX A PROBLEM found in the inspection so that I didn't have to travel from outside of Florida to take care of this minor issue. I could not have been more pleased with their service and attention to detail. If you are in the market for a realtor - and if I'm ever in the market for a realtor in the Tampa area - Shawna Calvert is who to call!

Austin was great and helped us tremendously with our sale. We are out of state and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend him!

We had a wonderful experience working with Sonya and Trish on the purchase of our new home. They were incredibly organized, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated their candid feedback during home tours, which helped us make informed decisions. Buying a home can be stressful, especially long-distance, but they made the process so much easier and helped us successfully close on a beautiful home for our family. The experience was so positive that another member of our family will be working with them on their home purchase as well! We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
