I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos. And that she did. We sold the 1 bedroom through Heidi while my father was still alive. That left the studio condo that was transferred into mine and my wife's names.
