Our friend referred us to Ann Wacholder last June. We flew from California and she spent a couple of days showing us the Venice area as well as surrounding towns. Although we were not quite ready to buy, we viewed quite a few homes and neighborhoods with her so that she had a good idea of the house we were looking for. She then had us put on the email contact list for any home that came on the market that fit our criteria. I flew from California the following day and three days after viewing the house online from our out-of-state home, and then in person, we had a contract! Ann goes over and beyond for her clients. She was right there with us every step, answering questions, responding very quickly to emails and texts, orchestrating between us and the mortgage lender, the Closing Attorneys…basically on top of everything. This was of paramount importance to us since we were out of state buyers! Ann is professional, very knowledgeable of the area and her business. And, she was a pleasure to work with.
