My partner and I recently bought a property in Sarasota. Sheryl worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us a condo that met our specifications. Being from Massachusetts, we had to rely on Sheryl to research the properties, take pictures for us, and send the condo documents to us for review. This was done in a professional and timely manner, and Sheryl was very easy to communicate with. She really helped make the process run smoothly, and effortlessly. We knew that she was working for us, and had total confidence in her ability to negotiate the best deal possible for us. I will send my friends from the north to Sheryl when they are ready to head south. I would not hesitate to recommend her, as she truly does work for you.

She knows the local real estate market really well and also helped us find trustworthy contractors to help us with the house, as we are out of state buyers. Dennis had excellent communication skills. He kept us informed and gave helpful recommendations based on client feedback. He was especially helpful with all the details given we live out of state. He went above and beyond realtor responsibilities on multiple occasions. I highly recommend him.
