Liz met me at the house I was interested within an hour of contacting her. She let me go through a second time after making an offer. After closing she took the time to go through the house recording a video to show me the doors were locked and everything that had been removed by the previous owner. She also helped me get in contact with the person who took care of the lawn. I would definitely ask her to be my realtor if I need one in the future.

But she was committed to both. The buyers had an elderly seller whose adult daughters were trying to sell remotely and out of state.
