Excellent all around!

Shannon greeted us with a warm smile and knowledgeability of the real estate market. She was kind, responsive in every communication we had with her. We have sold over 12 homes in our lifetime and she was top notch to work with.

Liz met me at the house I was interested within an hour of contacting her. She let me go through a second time after making an offer. After closing she took the time to go through the house recording a video to show me the doors were locked and everything that had been removed by the previous owner. She also helped me get in contact with the person who took care of the lawn. I would definitely ask her to be my realtor if I need one in the future.

Having Elizabeth handle the sale of my parents home was the best decision! She is very knowledgeable in real estate and she is determined to do the best job.

Cheryl was amazing and took care of everything. Very professional, courteous and caring. She understood our needs and guided us through the process with grace. Highly recommend!

She was excellent. Very responsive, accountable and committed to the transaction going through as easy as possible for both sellers and buyers. We were the buyers and she was the seller's agent. But she was committed to both. The buyers had an elderly seller whose adult daughters were trying to sell remotely and out of state. Cheryl went above and beyond to help them coordinate the sell and all the necessary activities.

Knowledgeable about the current market, hard working, pleasant demeanor. I spent my work years in education. My experiences with students, parents, colleagues, and supervisors ran the gamut of mediocre/good to outstanding/excellent. Cheryl Siple as a realtor was A+/outstanding. In my lifetime I’ve bought and sold 30 properties. Occasionally my realtor had an Open House but not always and never more than one. Given the present market, Cheryl conducted 5 over a period of 5 months. Her advice on staging the house was helpful - she even lent me some props. She fed back info from prospective buyers and I used a couple to make some changes in and outside the house. She followed through with viewers and other realtors. I found Cheryl knowledgeable, reliable, honest and willing to share her opinions with me in a tactful manner. She certainly earned the A+
