She re-homed furniture, plants and other household items, and took charge of the house after we had moved out of state. Danielle was also helpful during the closing process, and most importantly, in a market where properties typically took several months to sell, we had a contract three days after listing.

Andrea Pelaez was an outstanding resource as we moved from Chicago to Tampa. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to do anything to help us was so appreciated.
