However, I believe Mary's most important trait when dealing with a purchase or a sale is that she is intensely honest and loyal to the folks she represents. She is also very open with all questions and never seems to get upset when you ask a question perhaps more than once; because, she never takes for granted when buying or selling that the buyer or seller has all knowledge of the transaction.
