I put down money to show them I was very interested in the house and due to her working out the seller contribution I received almost all of that money back at closing. She was very proactive during the house search. She answered all of the questions I had about the process. She was very quick to respond and went above and beyond helping me. She was able to efficiently negotiate the price and I was able to close on time and already had equity in the house after the appraisal. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.
