Eva did an amazing job. She was able to work out sellers contribution towards the closing. I put down money to show them I was very interested in the house and due to her working out the seller contribution I received almost all of that money back at closing. She was very proactive during the house search. She answered all of the questions I had about the process. She was very quick to respond and went above and beyond helping me. She was able to efficiently negotiate the price and I was able to close on time and already had equity in the house after the appraisal. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Eva was incredibly candid, proactive, and above all positive in my recent home purchase. I never questioned if she was for me, the seller, or her own interest… she really made me feel that I was the main event VIP which was nice given that this level of customer service is rare these days. After sitting down for coffee a few months back and listening to what I was looking for she took it upon herself to search for homes for me that met my criteria (she listened! And I couldn’t be happier), she knew I was on a budget, and she made sure we found a property within those parameters and in a good area. Once she sent me a few I got very motivated and we started looking, within a few weeks we had an offer accepted and an incredibly easy transaction (everyone was surprised with how smooth it went), a lot of that has to do with Eva and her proactive communication between myself, sellers, lender, HOA, and title company to ensure that anything that was required to get the loan closed was addressed in a timely manner. Earlier when in the process before our accepted offer we did place another offer or two and I was getting upset but Eva reassured me that my home was out there and that we would find it even if it took longer than needed and that she would work with me every step of the way, I really appreciated that as part of my frustration was thinking I was inconveniencing her (she made sure I knew she was more than happy to help).

It was a real pleasure to work with our agent Eva Guerrero, she is hard working, down to earth and very patience person that helped us find what we needed. We are very happy with our new house!
