Kim is the hardest working realtor you’ll ever find. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate experience from start to finish. We were new to Florida and knew very little about the real estate market within the state. All we knew was that we wanted to live within an hour of Tampa. That covers a wide area. She always made herself available for house showings and was extremely responsive, day or night, whenever we had any questions. Kim is well networked, which enabled us to get information we needed to make several key decisions in a timely manner. Whether it was a home improvement/repair question, mortgage lender question, home insurance quote, or veteran-related topic she had several resources at her fingertips that all responded quickly (which is a must in a competitive market).
