Dawn was a great partner who listened to my concerns and implemented my suggestions. She was professional, positive and exhibited patience when engaging with challenging prospective buyers. Our team effort resulted in a quick sale leaving all parties involved in a “Win-Win” situation. Dawn is my go to for my Tampa area real estate needs!!! FYI she is animal friendly and embraced my fur baby “DJ”. Thank you!! D Frazier.

Selling the house my mom lived in was an emotional and logistical challenge, especially after the house flooded during Hurricane Idalia. I had restored it and put it on the market, but before it sold, Hurricane Helene caused another devastating flood. At that point, I made the difficult decision to sell the property for lot value only. Navigating such an unstable and unpredictable real estate market could have been overwhelming—but thankfully, I had the right realtor by my side. From start to finish, Dawn Bournand was an incredible support. She helped me determine a realistic and fair listing price, which led to a cash buyer within just a few days of going back on the market. Her deep knowledge of the local market and her strategic approach made all the difference. Because I live out of state, it was essential to have someone I could trust on the ground—and Dawn went above and beyond. She was always available when I needed her, responsive to every call and message, and able to visit the house whenever necessary. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly set her apart. She is not only a knowledgeable and extremely capable realtor, but also a genuinely caring and supportive person. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone needing a steady, experienced guide through a tough real estate journey.

Dawn is a true professional. From the get-go she did nothing but exemplify her professionalism by taking the time to meet us in person, guide us thru this challenging market, and putting together a top notch marketing strategy. We've never seen such exceptional work from an agent. She delivered a booklet a showing off the features of our condo, took video tours, and put out social media ads. Obviously she knows what she's doing because we were under contract in just one week! She is communicative, responsive and sensitive to our needs. Dawn is already representing us for our next transaction of buying our new home. So far, she's been able to get us under contract with the builder and negotiated down our earnest money up front costs, keeping more money in our pockets. We would highly recommend Dawn to anyone buying or selling a home!
