Andrew is very enthusiastic and willing to do research and last minute showings as was much needed in a challenging time in the market to buy. He was very patient with me as a buyer with many ideas and directions. He was very helpful during the negotiating and communicating with the other brokerage company to get the deal made!

Working with Andrew Brasseur was one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. From the very beginning, his communication stood out. He was always responsive, clear, and proactive, keeping me updated at every stage and making sure I understood exactly what was happening. In a process that can often feel overwhelming, that level of consistency made a huge difference. Andrew’s expertise in assumption loans truly set him apart. This is a niche area that many realtors are not deeply familiar with, but Andrew handled it with confidence and precision. He was able to explain the process in a way that made sense, anticipate potential challenges, and guide me through each step without confusion or delays. His knowledge helped me feel confident that I was making informed decisions. Beyond that, Andrew made sure every detail was handled. He coordinated seamlessly with my lender, the title company, and all other parties involved, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. Whenever an issue came up, he addressed it quickly and professionally, always keeping things moving forward. What I appreciated most was his dedication. It never felt like I was just another transaction. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable with every step along the way. That level of commitment is hard to find. If you are looking for a realtor who communicates exceptionally well, understands complex financing like assumption loans, and takes full ownership of the process, I highly recommend Andrew Brasseur. I would absolutely work with him again.
