THE BEST.. I would recommend Gaylyn .

This was the first real estate transaction I have had in over 20 years. Before the listing Gaylyn provided me with "comps". Gaylyn is honest and did not overstate the asking price, just to get the listing. She helped stage the property and made suggestions things I could do to present the property in it's best light. After an open house and viewings we had several offers. Gaylyn explained the pros and cons to each offer. I was not able to be in town for the closing, but was very confident that it would go smoothly. It did. I would highly recommend Gaylyn for your next real estate sale.
