There is usually something that always comes up, which is beyond anyone’s control, which screws up transactions, why should this case be any different? The good news is that it was no fault of Cathy’s , and completion will occur in the near future hopefully.

McKenzie drove us around the area over our 3 day search. She knew the area and offered great insight to the various neighborhoods we visited. All along the way she pointed out items/issues to consider in our search. On our third day we found our house - a new build where we could choose everything from the lot to the interior finishes.
