Was always very polite with prospective buyers and at the same time could display being persuasive to the positive points of buying my place. Did great in a very difficult market with his experience in Mediation, to get the sale done with both myself the seller and buyer being very pleased with the outcome. I would for sure hire John again as my Agent to get the property sold in a quick speedy beneficial result.

He checked in with me on a daily basis; he kept me aware of other properties that were on the market and what was happening with them and was very professional when showing my home to other realtors & prospects.

We cannot recommend George Shea highly enough! From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were in expert hands, but the results completely blew us away. George Shea sold our home in just 28 days, making what could have been a highly stressful process incredibly smooth and seamless. Two things really set George & his stellar team apart: superb communication and impeccable attention to detail. We were never left guessing or wondering what was happening next; we received proactive, clear updates at every single turn of the transaction. Every piece of paperwork, marketing detail, and negotiation strategy was handled with absolute precision. If you want a Realtor who delivers elite results while protecting your peace of mind, look no further than George Shea! Thank you so much George!!!

Long helped us find the house we were looking for, despite it taking timr to find the right one. What impressed me most is that she continued to help us with the new house well past closing, helping us get it emptied of a lot of stuff that got left behind. Long is easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of and clearly dedicated to helping her clients. We would absolutely recommend her. She knows Marco Island inside and out.
