Our son was looking to buy a home in a short period of time. Lauren was incredibly helpful with lining up houses for us to see with only a few days notice. She knew the area well that we were targeting, and her knowledge of the communities and requirements for each was instrumental in narrowing down the options. From the moment we started looking until the closing, she was available to answer questions and provide guidance whenever needed - day or night. As a first time homebuyer, my son had a lot to learn, and Lauren was wonderful with educating and guiding him along the way making this process even more special and memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, her knowledge, her willingness to go above and beyond (especially with her time!) and the genuine care she showed throughout the whole process.

Mara helped us find the property we bought, negotiated on our behalf with other realtors, and advised us step by step in the process of securing our mortgage approval and ultimately the closing of our new home. Her knowledge and professionalism provided us with the confidence that we could get through this process.

Anne's market knowledge was impressive. She gave us honest advice, negotiated hard on our behalf, and saved us time and money. When issues came up during inspection. She handled everything calmly and kept us informed every step of the way. Professional, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. We'd absolutely work with her again and have already recommended her to friends.

Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.
