Working with Melissa was definitely one of the best decisions I made during my home‑buying/selling journey. From day one, she brought a level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care that immediately set her apart. Every question I had—big or small—was answered with clarity and confidence, and she always made me feel like I was her top priority. What impressed me most was her ability to anticipate challenges before they happened. She navigated every step with ease, kept me informed, and advocated for my best interests at every turn. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, and her attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. Beyond the expertise, Melissa is simply a joy to work with—kind, patient, and truly invested in helping clients achieve their goals. It never felt transactional; it felt like having a trusted partner in my corner. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond, delivers results, and makes the entire process feel effortless, I can’t recommend Melissa highly enough.

I found out from a friend about Scott and it was an incredibly fortunate recommendation to say the least. I can't think of anyone more effective, professional, and friendly, not just in real estate, but in any profession than Scott Norris. He was there 100% for me, day and night, when I needed him. He sold our condo in less than a week (3 Days?) after it was listed, and for a considerable sum more than I would have asked. He completely took care of everything that came up or I couldn't handle myself - which was quite a bit. I couldn't possibly say enough good things or recommend anyone more highly than Scott.
