After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California. My sister had passed away unexpectedly and I need a trustworthy realtor in Sarasota, since I live in Maryland. I contacted Brandi and from the beginning she went above and beyond working to get the house sold. The house was in disrepair, so it was being sold “As Is”. That didn’t deter Brandi at all.
