We really enjoyed working with Rachel - her sunny disposition, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of the market and her go-getter attitude made us feel feel really supported throughout the entire process of selling our condo. Despite being very action-oriented (which we loved!), we never felt rushed during our calls with her; she always took the time to explain every decision we had to take and why one solution might be better than another. She also has a great team with whom she works that were just as kind and proactive (and just as clear in their communications - something that was important to us as they were our boots on the ground!).
