One click on Zillow and I was lucky enough to be put together with one of the most professional Realtors I have ever worked with - she is no pressure which I love too! Each and every time I asked to see a property she went out of her way to accommodate my working schedule. She found us the perfect condo and helped us negotiate in this crazy crazy market - we could not be happier with her and will be referring her to everyone we know. She is even taking the time after closing to help with some things for us because we are out of state - we could not have asked for more - you cannot go wrong with Tania May!!

Pam knows the local market very well and does a great job in listening to her clients in order to truly understand what they want (or don't want) and what their goals are. She doesn't try to push anything that conflicts with those goals. She is patient and thoughtful in her approach. In addition, when we (as the buyer) couldn't get the seller to be reasonable over some inspection items, and the deal was going sideways, Pam (and her partner, Janette) convinced the seller's agent to join them in contributing dollars out of their respective commissions to bridge the gap and find a way to get the parties to "yes". Finally, Pam was extremely helpful in coordinating all inspections, pre-closing contractor visits/estimates, etc. In short, Pam is a true professional who puts the client's needs first and does what is needed to close the deal.
