I am an investor and own properties in 4 counties. I have been using Lily for all sales/purchases in 2. Lily and her support team always give me important info quickly and are more in tune with local mkt conditions. Her experience in luxury as well as investment properties is unmatched. She has intimate knowledge of all the mature communities as well as all the new ones springing up east of 75. I have personal experience with Lily’s integrity. You can count on everything she says and she protects her clients interests. She consistently has put my needs as a customer above any commissions she could earn. If a property has liabilities, Lily will make the right decision and protect your interests. Bottom line? If you are buying or selling in Sarasota or Bradenton…you need to have Lily on your team. We were out of town purchasers and this takes a bit more finesse to get a deal completed. Lily was very good in all communications, always answered or our calls, texts, & emails which meant a lot to us. Face timed the items we needed to see, met us multiple times at the property, and followed up on issues. Most agents can get a straight forward deal completed and this purchase had multiple issues with the house going through probate, the roof out of date, house in rough condition, buyer and seller both out of town, etc., and Lily stayed on it and got us through to closing. Go with Lily and leave it to her.

Lily was always friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what was needed and the terminology on the paperwork. She worked well with the buyers also. Lily kept in communication with me about all that was needed with paperwork and showing the property. She was always professional and answered our questions.
