Once our winning offer was accepted, Bobby was very effective with doing the required paperwork. He referred us to excellent law, insurance, inspection, and accounting firms. As we live a long distance from Holmes Beach, Bobby served our interests at closing in our stead. An overall wonderful person to work with, I was impressed with Bobby’s honesty, integrity, and local knowledge. This transaction involved a significant portion of our life savings. I was very happy to trust Bobby with this responsibility. I would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
