Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this agent. From the initial call to closing Nikki has been unbelievable. Nikki went above and beyond, as we were out of state buyers. Nikki saw multiple homes took video and looked for our level of detail and expectations in a new home. We put in multiple offers on multiple homes and due to market circumstances, we were outbid. As a team we regrouped, put together a strategy and we were able to successfully pen an offer. Nikki provided us with a level of support through inspections, walk-throughs, and all the necessary items that needed to be tended to. So when I say she went above and beyond, I truly meant it. Nikki is a true hustler and a hard worker. I would recommend her to all my friends and family who are looking to purchase a home. Mark helped me sell our property in Five Towns. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the selling process. Since I live out of state, I was only able to be there for part of the process. Mark was amazing with communication and help with the contract and paperwork for the sale. It was a very smooth transaction process. Also, when we listed the property, he was very available and showed the property several times in the first couple days, which led to it being under contract within days! I would definitely use Mark again as a realtor and recommend him highly.
